HUUGE TRACTS OF LAND
It is all about location.

And the cat knows it.

I just put in a new video card that will drive two monitors, plus my
trusty old matrox PCI card that does very well for 2D applications
gives me three monitors of interfacing goodness.

Add in one cat that the camera seems to like focusing on and you have
a reasonable work space.

That's one happy cat. They do always like to position themselves at the focal point of attention. Many more generations of cats have lived with humans than the reverse. I think they know us better than we do.

What I don't understand is how my cats know what I'm going to want to be doing ahead of time. I'm on the computer right now, but Miles is sitting on my bed on top of my marking. It's not like paper is more comfortable than bed.

So does a black cat crossing your workspace mean bad luck for your deadlines?
